How to complain

Email compliance@tstech.info with your name, the email address you use with us, any order reference, and a short description of the problem. Please keep copies of any relevant emails or receipts.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email from an @tstech.info address, review it fairly, and reply in writing with our findings and any action we will take. If we need more information, we will ask you by email.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us by replying to our email, and the matter will be reviewed again by our compliance team.
