Risk Disclosure
Please read this before you buy or sell crypto assets through TruStart.
Last updated 4 November 2026.
Price risk
The prices of crypto assets can move sharply in a short time. You could lose some or all of the value of your purchase.
Transactions are irreversible
Once a blockchain transaction is sent, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Crypto sent to a wrong address, or to a scammer, is usually lost for good. Always check the wallet address we confirm with you in writing.
No deposit protection
Crypto assets are not covered by CDIC deposit insurance or any similar protection scheme.
Execution only
TruStart provides execution only. We do not give investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation. Decide for yourself whether a purchase or sale is right for you, and seek independent advice if you need it.
Your wallet
You are responsible for keeping your wallet, private keys and recovery words safe. Anyone who has them can take your crypto.
Fraud risk
Scammers use crypto because it is fast and final. If anyone is telling you to buy crypto, stop and read our fraud prevention page first, then email compliance@tstech.info.
Network and timing
Final delivery depends on when your payment clears and on network confirmation times, which vary by coin. Networks can be congested or delayed.
